What matters when choosing
Whether you need to deflect inbound calls or run outbound campaigns at scale, we match you with the right platform — not just the most expensive one.
Not all factors are equal — app-based and passkey/FIDO2 resist phishing far better than SMS OTP. Match strength to risk.
MFA people resent gets bypassed. Push and passwordless keep it fast, and adaptive only prompts when it's needed.
The value is in covering everything — SaaS, VPN, RDP, Windows logon and legacy apps — not just the easy cloud apps.
Weigh per-user cost against tokens and tiers, and ensure it meets RBI transaction-security and DPDP expectations.
What we compare
Every way to add a second factor, in one place

From securing staff logins to protecting millions of customer accounts — find the right authentication for each.
Add a second factor to employee logins across SaaS, VPN and on-prem systems — usually through your SSO or identity provider, applied everywhere.
Per user / month
Get matched →Step up authentication only when something looks risky — new device, unusual location, sensitive action — keeping logins smooth the rest of the time.
Per user / month
Get matched →Replace passwords with phishing-resistant passkeys and FIDO2 — stronger security and a faster sign-in your users will actually like.
FIDO2 / passkeys
Get matched →Authenticator apps, one-time passcodes and hardware keys — the right method for each user group, from office staff to high-risk admins.
Method choice
Get matched →Secure your customers' logins to apps and portals with MFA built for scale — protecting accounts and supporting India's transaction-security expectations.
Per active user
Get matched →Extend MFA to the harder places — VPN, remote desktop, Windows logon and older on-prem apps — so the gaps attackers love are closed.
Per user / month
Get matched →Find the right MFA solutions

Illustrative pricing. Workforce is per user; customer (CIAM) is per monthly active user — actual cost varies by methods and scale.
Why use us
MFA is one of the highest-impact security investments you can make — but method, coverage and user experience really matter. Here's how our platform helps, at no cost to you.
Our service is free to you. We're paid by partners only when a deal completes, so our advice stays honest and vendor-neutral.
Compare leading MFA Security Solutions, IAM vendors and Indian options in one place, instead of evaluating each yourself.
Our multi-factor authentication service helps you pick the right approach for staff access versus customer logins — and the methods that fit each.
We steer you toward stronger, phishing-resistant options (passkeys, FIDO2, push) over weaker SMS OTP where it matters.
We factor in RBI's additional-factor expectations for transactions, DPDP and CERT-In from the start.
We stay with you from enquiry through rollout and user onboarding — and your details are never sold, shared only with vendors you approve.
Why this matters
Passwords get phished, reused and stolen in bulk — and credential-based attacks are behind a huge share of breaches. MFA blocks the overwhelming majority of those automated account-takeover attempts by requiring a second factor. But the method matters: SMS OTP is far weaker than app-based or phishing-resistant passkeys, and coverage gaps (VPN, legacy apps) are exactly where attackers go. We vet vendors offering MFA Security Solutions on factor strength, coverage and user experience before any are listed.
Built to protect the buyer, not the vendor
Every category is its own home not a link buried three menus deep.
We never share your details with vendors until you explicitly approve it. No cold calls from sellers you didn't choose.
We assess MFA solution providers for factor strength, coverage, user experience, compliance and pricing transparency before listing them.
Our service is free to buyers from first comparison to stronger logins. We're paid by vendors only when a deal completes — no hidden advice fees.
Four ways we help
Compare MFA Solutions
Compare trusted MFA providers for workforce and customer security — from authenticator apps and push to passwordless passkeys, adaptive authentication and hardware tokens.
Common questions
Quick answers to common questions about plans, providers, and services for businesses and individuals.
Multi-factor authentication requires two or more independent factors to log in — typically something you know (password), something you have (phone or token) and something you are (biometric). Two-factor authentication (2FA) is simply MFA with exactly two factors. The point is that even if a password is stolen, the attacker still can't get in without the second factor.
They're not equal. SMS one-time passcodes are better than nothing but can be intercepted or SIM-swapped. Authenticator apps and push notifications are stronger. Phishing-resistant passkeys and FIDO2 hardware keys are strongest, because they can't be tricked into approving a fake site. The right choice depends on each user group's risk — we help you match method to need rather than applying one blunt rule.
Adaptive MFA looks at context — device, location, network, the sensitivity of what's being accessed — and only prompts for an extra factor when something looks risky. A user signing in from their usual laptop sails through; a login from a new device in an unusual location gets challenged. This keeps everyday access smooth while still stopping suspicious attempts.
Passwordless replaces the password entirely with something stronger and easier — a passkey on your device, a biometric, or a hardware key. Because there's no password to phish, steal or reuse, it removes the most-attacked part of login while actually making sign-in faster. Many organisations adopt it gradually, starting with high-risk users — we help you plan that path.
For digital and card transactions, the RBI has long expected an additional factor of authentication (AFA) to protect customers — which is why an OTP step is so familiar in Indian payments. More broadly, the DPDP Act and CERT-In raise the bar on protecting access to personal data, making strong authentication important across the board. Workforce MFA is usually priced per user per month; customer (CIAM) MFA is often per monthly active user. Figures here are illustrative, and this is general guidance, not legal advice — confirm specifics with the vendor and your advisors.
